The style of my massage is rooted in Swedish massage. I will usually combine this foundation with elements of deep tissue applications, sports massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques based on what may best address your needs and what approach your body is responding to. That said, I am a firm believer that the best person who knows about your body is yourself and I will inquire as to what massage approach has worked best for you. The information regarding your prior experiences and my knowledge about what techniques have proved beneficial will enable me to create a massage plan that will be effective for you.
